Air is supplied and ejected by independent bellows to cool down the lamps. Both motors of supply and eject are in unique manufacture. Choker which regulates air volume ensures suitable volume of positive pressure inside the machine, and prevents impure air from entering it, which in the end enhance the cleanliness of UV lamps and curing environment.
Aluminum alloy lampshade and aluminum alloy mirror reflector are equipped to enhance the illumination intensity. The lampshade can be 180° overturned and drove by pendular cylinder. It is convenient for lamp changing and machine maintenance. For stoppage due to machine failure, the lampshade will turn upward automatically so that the lamps cannot shine downward. This guarantees the workpiece in the UV oven will not be over-cured to become wasted product. After the failure has been repaired, the lampshade will automatically turn back to its original position and resume operation. This helps reduce the number of turning on and off of the machine and increase production efficiency.
UV curing lamps of Japanese GS are adopted. A lifespan of not less than 2,000 hours is guaranteed. Transformer and capacitor are produced in Japan.
